Earlier this week Freya Lingerie announced that I was in the final for their Blog Star 2 competition – which is fantastic!  As blogging and lingerie combined make a very happy Becky, I’ve been asking everyone I know to kindly vote for me.  I know there are never enough hours in the day so I truly appreciate every one who takes the time out to vote for me.

When Freya asked me to write a little bit about myself, it got me thinking about what makes me, me.  Who I am as a person.  If you didn’t know me personally, or even if you do, what would be an interesting (or not so) fact to know about me?  So, I thought I’d have a bit of time out of the usual posting and have a go at compiling a totally pointless list that defines me.

• Guinea pigs are my life.  And I ran a guinea pig website for a decade.
• I listen to classical music.
• I’m left handed.
• I once peed myself in class at school.  Really, really peed.  And denied it.
• I’m addicted to lip balm.
• I have tiny toes (and nicknamed baby feet)
• I’m 30 but feel 15.
• I have fibromyalgia.
• My name is Rebecca but my family never call me it.
• I’m a crap cook but bake through rose tinted glasses.

• I was assaulted when I was 16 and agoraphobic for about 5 years.
• I’ve never been abroad.
• I LOVE Katy Perry.
• I have a drivers license but not driven for two years.
• I love the sound of swifts in summer.
• I’ve never smoked and hate it.
• I have a rabbit in PDSA’s fit club.

• I like to sing when no one’s listening.
• I’m a complainer.  It started with a raw bag of chips.
• I was in a reality TV series.
• I’m a Yorkshire lass.
• I want a big vintage rocking horse.
• I’ve been engaged for 13 years… and still waiting for the wedding.
• I hate the tv soaps.
• I had a shop called Bits ‘n’ Bobs.  I was 8.  And sold to my own family and friends.
• I’m a Christian.
• I was formerly trained to play guitar.  I’m crap.

• I cross stitch and make cards.
• I’ve been on the radio.  With a guinea pig.
